Carolina Pet Spa is a pet grooming facility located in Apex, North Carolina serving dog owners in Apex, Cary, Morrisville and Holly Springs. At Carolina Pet Spa we know your pets are like family and they deserve to be treated with the utmost care, compassion, and respect. Our mission is to provide pets with a grooming and pampering session they will look forward to during each visit.
Our groomers are all self-employed individuals who are board certified professionals with medical training to handle emergencies and a myriad of health issues, possess a thorough knowledge of breed profiles and temperaments, and have several years grooming experience under his/her belt.
What does this mean for your pet's care? Everything. Every precaution is taken to protect your pet's health. Furthermore, we like to get to know your pet at an individual level. Careful consideration of individual personalities is paramount for creating a positive, comfortable grooming experience for your pet.
We groom by appointments only. This means your pet will only be in our facility for the amount of time required to groom him individually. If a groom takes one hour, your pet will only need to be here for one hour. We do not cage animals all day long like other shops. Additionally, pets groomed in our shop are assigned a groomer upon request. Providing groomer consistency is key to the happiness of your pet. A groomer/pet relationship bond results in safer sessions for both the groomer and your pet because anxiety motivated incidents are minimized during visits.
We also provide a waiting room with the comforts of home for those pet parents who wish to stay and relax while their pet is being pampered.
